Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a delay due to high order volume or stock availability, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:
Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days – $5.95
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (after discounts)
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days – Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping options.
Certain CBD products may be unavailable for shipping to specific states due to local regulations. If your shipping address is in a restricted state, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Natural Pharma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $5.95 reshipping fee.
