Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay due to high order volume or stock availability, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground):
  3–7 business days — $9.95

• Free Shipping:
  Orders over $75 (after discounts)

• Expedited Shipping:
  2–3 business days — calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

• Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes

• Certain CBD products may not be available for delivery to specific regions due to local regulations

• If your address is in a restricted area, your order will be canceled and fully refunded

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Natural Pharma is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a $5.95 reshipping fee.
